At Heirloom Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every cup. Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted beans, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all coffee and equipment to ensure you have the perfect brewing experience.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our support desk within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or a replacement confirmation for damaged goods.
- 3.Prepare Your Shipment
For non-perishable equipment returns, securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
