How soon will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity, or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize Fair Trade and Direct Trade relationships. We work closely with farmers to ensure they receive premium prices that exceed commodity market rates.
How should I store my Heirloom coffee?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate oils and flavors.
